Duties and Responsibilities
To review the design concept
To check the design proposal based on local prevailing requirements.
To make comments and give suggestions, where required, for appropriate amendment/correction to be followed by the designer.
To countersign the final proposed design.
To be present at CQHP during the designer’s presentation.
To assist the designer in responding/complying to comments made by CQHP.
The responsibilities of the National Counterparts (NCP) end with the final approval by CQHP for the submitted proposed project design.
