Responsibilities
- Efficient in using Microsoft Office Series (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good Communication and Administration
- General administration including answering phone calls, reply by email and maintain documents, etc.
- Manage for various conferences and meetings.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
- Any Graduated or related Degree in office management and administration
- Candidate with a minimum of 1 years of experience in administration.
- Entry-level candidates with positive learning attitudes will also be considered.
- Able to perform manual work and work well in a team as well as work independently under minimum supervision.
